Productomschrijving
Overview
Copper Tungsten Finished Parts are a composite material made of tungsten and copper. Due to their excellent high-temperature resistance, arc erosion resistance, and high electrical and thermal conductivity, they are widely used in aerospace, aviation, electronics, power, and metallurgy industries, particularly in the manufacture of high-temperature components such as high-voltage switch contacts, rocket nozzle throat liners, and EDM electrodes. For information on component ratios, custom processing, and delivery time, please contact us via email. We guarantee to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services.

Tungsten Copper Products Process
① Select high-purity tungsten and copper powders, and mix them according to the designed composition ratio (e.g., W70Cu30, W80Cu20, etc.).
② Use mechanical mixing (e.g., ball milling) or atomized mixing, adding a small amount of forming agent to ensure uniform dispersion of tungsten and copper powders and avoid component segregation.
③ Select the molding method according to the product shape. Plates are commonly molded by compression molding, rods are extruded or isostatically pressed, and small contacts are powder injection molded.
④ Melting and high-temperature sintering (1100-1300℃, hydrogen protection) melts the copper powder and fills the gaps in the tungsten powder, forming a dense alloy.
⑤ Perform machining operations such as turning, milling, rolling, or drilling according to customer's size requirements to meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.
⑥ Surface treatment (polishing, electroplating) and heat treatment are performed to improve performance, and quality inspection is carried out throughout the entire process.
